Research privacy notice

This notice covers the research offer from Agent Exchange, operated by Riley Craig.

Order and fulfillment information

Stripe handles payment details. Agent Exchange uses the name, email address, business question, and order information needed to confirm scope, deliver the research, and handle support or refunds.

Do not put passwords, sensitive personal data, or payment details in the business-question field. Card details belong only in Stripe’s payment form.

Research material and AI assistance

AI-assisted work uses public or expressly authorized material. Before transferring nonpublic material, confirm with Riley how it will be handled, including whether AI tools will receive it. Do not send nonpublic material until that handling is agreed.

Hosting and attribution

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes website requests. No ad pixels or marketing cookies are added to the research pages.

Fixed public campaign labels may be passed to Stripe to identify the source of an order. These labels describe the campaign, such as pricing or an agency proposal. The page does not copy arbitrary query data, email addresses, advertising click IDs, or full referrers into its Stripe attribution fields.

Records and requests

Agent Exchange retains the fulfillment and payment records necessary to deliver the service, handle support and refunds, and maintain required records. No automatic deletion period is promised.

For access or deletion requests, contact riley@agentexchange.work. Riley reviews these requests; records that must be retained may need to be kept. Do not include payment credentials in a request.
