These terms cover the AI-assisted data and market audit offered by Agent Exchange, operated by Riley Craig.

The service and price

The audit costs $300 USD as a one-time payment for one defined business question. It includes a sourced findings memo and three recommended actions, with human review before delivery.

Acceptance and scope

Within two business days after payment, Riley will confirm acceptance of your question or request clarification. The scope and safe source access must be agreed before research work starts.

If the scope cannot be accepted, you receive a full refund. You may also request a full refund if there is no acceptance within two business days after payment, or cancel for a full refund before work starts.

Delivery and missed deadlines

The human-reviewed memo is delivered within three business days after the scope and safe source access are agreed. The delivery window does not start at payment if those requirements remain unresolved.

If the agreed delivery deadline is missed, you may choose a revised delivery date or a full refund.

How refunds are handled

Contact riley@agentexchange.work with your order email or Stripe order reference to request cancellation or a refund. Riley processes these refunds through Stripe. They are handled manually, not automatically by this page.

What the research can establish

Research reports what the available evidence supports, including uncertainties and limitations. It does not guarantee a business outcome, customers, revenue, rankings, or a particular recommendation. It is a defined research engagement, not a subscription or ongoing monitoring service.

Material you share

Use public information or material you are authorized to share. Confirm handling of nonpublic material with Riley before transferring it. Do not put passwords, sensitive personal data, or payment details in the business-question field. See the research privacy notice.
